VXD is a non-transferable reward token backed by USDC & $V. All fiat revenues from integrated projects are automatically converted into VXD via smart contract - programmatically swapping a designated percentage for $V tokens.

Creators unlock VXD holdings into backing assets after a two-week security period. Upon redemption, they receive a split of USDC (immediate liquidity) and $V (protocol ownership and governance rights).

$V holders control a DAO treasury representing 50% of total supply - directing ecosystem grants, creator incentives, platform growth, and core governance decisions through token-based voting with a lockup mechanism.

VXD Settlement Flow

01. Purchase

Users generate revenue through purchases on integrated AI-native platforms.

02. USDC On-ramp

Payment partners convert fiat revenue into USDC in compliance with applicable regulations.

03. USDC → VXD

The smart contract swaps a designated % of USDC into $V, then deposits both into the reserve contract to collateralize minted VXD.

04. VXD Settlement

VXD is settle to the creator's wallet. Creators can redeem it after 2-week unlocking period.

05. Creator Redemption

After unlocking, creators receive USDC (stable liquidity) + $V (at market rate). A nominal network fee applies.

06. Govern or Swap

Creators can swap $V on open markets or stake it for governance voting power to shape the protocol's future.
